Having worked in academics for all of my career, I am well aware of the various types of pressures that students can experience as they strive to succeed. I often work with middle school, high school, and college students who need help learning skills to manage academic pressures, anxiety and stress. I have experience working with students who are preparing to go away to college who could benefit from learning some additional skills for managing the social and academic pressures that they will experience when they move away from home.
